Updates: I was just informed by the PPWL that due to liability reasons 4 year old wrestlers that were born after 1 October 2010 are not eligible to compete. There has been issues in the past and the league had to make a decision. I apologize for not knowing this sooner. We have 5 wrestlers that this effects. If you have questions concerning this please talk with me at practice Wednesday night.

I also forgot to mention that All wrestlers need to weigh in wearing their singlets and please make sure they have neatly trimmed and short fingernails.

All Mountain View wrestlers are required to make weight for the PPWL Regional Tournament on Friday Night January 8th between 5:30-6:30 at Conrad Ball Middle School in Loveland (2660 Monroe Avenue).

All of our wrestlers are registered for this tournament and are already assigned to a weight class.
On Wednesday Night during practice I need every parent to initial the roster verifying that their wrestler is in the appropriate weight class as determined by you, the parent. We can re-weigh those wrestlers that are close and adjust weight classes either up or down that night. If you don’t see me on Wednesday night, your wrestler will be assigned to the weight class they are currently assigned. We will not be allowed to change weight classes after Wednesday Night.

If your wrestler fails to make weight on Friday night or does not weigh-in at Conrad Ball Middle School on Friday night they will not wrestle at the tournament*******
